Whatever your specs, we find them. We recruit from a wide range of consumer and B2B audiences, and we start every project from scratch. We don’t stockpile possible participants in a database. Our expertise lies in finding your ideal consumer.
Consumer criteria include demographics (age, gender, income, etc.), product usage and attitudes, location, occupation, brand loyalty, and lifestyle traits (luxury, travel, pet ownership, sports, etc.)
For B2B, we source professionals, managers, and executives across all industries such as healthcare, law, education, financial services, manufacturing, and more. -
Timelines depend on study size, participant criteria, and availability. Our digital tools allow us to pinpoint and recruit even niche audiences fast and efficiently. Most studies are fully recruited within 2-3 weeks.

Clients have repeatedly told us “fakes”, “professional respondents” and otherwise unqualified participants are of huge concern, threatening the legitimacy of the research. Ensuring participant authenticity is our top priority. Our rigorous screening process includes:
Bias-free, self-complete screeners with open- and close-ended questions
Human review for inconsistencies and response quality
Multi-point identity verification (e.g., address, phone, payment details, and in some cases, proof of age)
This ensures every participant is who they
say they are. -
We follow ethical guidelines and legal regulations, which vary from place to place. Participants must be 16+ in Canada and 18+ in the U.S. For minors, parental consent is required, and we only contact parents —not children —directly.

As outlined in Our Approach, the incentive motivates participation, and should feel like a real reward. While cash is common, incentives can also be gift cards, vouchers, exclusive products, VIP experiences, loyalty upgrades, charitable donations, or a combination. The most effective incentives are those tailored
to your audience.
